Phytosanitary state of oil flax planting material

anglais. In a course of the research there was studied phytosanitary state of oil flax seeds. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in 2013–2014 in laboratory conditions on the basis of RUE ‘Institute of Plant Protection’ (Priluki, Minsk region). As a result of research it was revealed that phyto pathological expertise of oil flax seeds, carried out in 2013-2014 by the method of wet camera showed a high level of contamination of mottle disease, bacterial infection and saprophytic fungi. General infection of seeds for planting during the growing season in 2013 ranged from 30.0 to83.5%, with a marked difference in the infection of the studied cultivar of mottle disease. The contamination of oil flax seeds by bacteriosis, fusariosis, anthracnose, mottle disease and saprophyte fungi causing seed moulding was shown. The main contaminants of oil seeds were described. It was determined that oil flax planting material was infected by fungi from genuses Alternaria, Fusarium, Penicillium, Colletotrichum, Cladosporium, Aspergillus, Mucor, Sclerotinia and Rhizopus. The results of phyto pathological expertise oil flax seeds for sowing in the growing season 2013-2014 (method of wet camera, RUE ‘Institute of Plant Protection’ Priluki, Minsk region) were presented.

Показана зараженность семян льна масличного бактериозом, фузариозом, антракнозом, крапчатостью и сапрофитными грибами, вызывающими плесневение семян. Описаны основные контаминанты маслосемян. Установлено, что семенной материал льна масличного инфицирован грибами из родов Alternaria, Fusarium, Penicillium, Colletotrichum, Cladosporium, Aspergillus, Mucor, Sclerotinia и Rhizopus.
