Efficiency of oocytes reception by a transvaginal aspiration method at donor cows

in the Pinsk district of the Brest region in the 2010-2014. 18 constant (culled) cows-donors with live weight of 650-800 kg at the age from 4 till 8 years with milk yield of the highest lactation of 10-12,5 thousand kg of milk with fat content of 3,8 % and more was used as donors of oocyte-cumulus complexes (OCC). Application of the transvaginal oocyte aspiration method at cows-donors raises efficacy of use of embryos transplantation technology by gain in yield of embryo production on one donor in 3,4 times (64,8 against 19,3), and in this connection the cost of producing high-value offspring decreases. So, cost of the calf received from transplantation of an embryo (OPU) in skilled bunch was low, than in control (in vivo) on 1111 thousand BLR.

Пинского района Брестской области в 2010-2014 гг. В качестве доноров ооцит-кумулюсных комплексов (ОКК) использовалось 18 постоянных (выбракованных) коров-доноров живой массой 650-800 кг в возрасте от 4 до 8 лет с удоем по наивысшей лактации 10-12,5 тыс. кг молока жирностью 3,8% и более. Применение метода трансвагинальной аспрации ооцитов у коров-доноров повышает эффективность использования технологии трансплантации эмбрионов путем увеличения выхода эмбриопродукции на одного донора в 3,4 раза (64,8 против 19,3), в связи с этим снижается стоимость получаемого высокоценного приплода. Так, стоимость теленка, полученного от пересадки эмбриона (ТАО), в опытной группе была ниже, чем в контрольной (in vivo) на 1111 тыс. руб.

Впервые в Республике Беларусь начаты исследования по разработке метода получения эмбрионов крупного рогатого скота in vitro в системе трансвагинальной аспирации ооцитов, открывающие новые перспективы и расширяющие возможности технологии in vitro в рамках ускоренного создания и качественного обновления племенных стад.
