The content of oestradiol and progesterone receptors and level of hormones in tissues of cows with ovary hypofunction

in Grodno district. For research two groups of cows on 12 heads in everyone have been selected. Control - with normal current of sexual cycle, experimental - with the ovaries hypofunction diagnosis. To study the level and parameters of complexation of oestradiol and progesterone receptors in tissues-targets at cows with ovaries hypofunction after slaughter of animals on meat-packing plant were taken tissue of the uterus hypophysis and ovaries, which was fixed in liquid nitrogen. Researches were spent in Institute of Biochemistry of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The content of estrogenic and progesterone receptors were studied in the cytosol of hypophysis, uterine, ovaries.

anglais. It is shown, that at cows with an ovaries hypofunction the level of oestradiol is reduced in 4,3 times, and the content of progesterone is increased in 2 times in blood plasma. There is an augmentation of сytoplasm receptors of oestradiol. In the hypophisis of the cows, the level of oestragen receptors does not vary in ovaries and the uterus. The amount of progesterone receptors in the hypophysis of tested animals in-creases in 1,5 times, and their content in ovaries and the uterus does not vary. Доказано, что у коров с гипофункцией яичников в плазме крови снижен уровень эстрадиола в 4,3 раза, а содержание прогестерона повышено в 2 раза. В гипофизе коров с гипофункцией яичников происходит достоверное увеличение цитоплазматических рецепторов эстрадиола, однако в яичниках и матке уровень эстрогеновых рецепторов не изменяется. Количество рецепторов прогестерона в гипофизе опытных животных повышается в 1,5 раза, а их содержание в яичниках и матке не изменяется. Опыты были проведены в СПК &#039

Гродненского района. Для исследования были отобраны две группы коров по 12 голов каждая. Контрольная – с нормальным течением полового цикла, опытная – с диагнозом гипофункция яичников. Для изучения уровня и параметров комплексообразования рецепторов эстрадиола и прогестерона в тканях-мишенях у коров с гипофункцией яичников на мясокомбинате после убоя животных были взяты ткани гипофиза матки и яичников, которые фиксировали в жидком азоте. Исследования проводились в Институте биохимии НАН РБ. Содержание эстрогеновых и прогестероновых рецепторов изучали в цитозоле гипофиза, матки, яичников.
