Hormonal regulation of activity of photosynthetic pigments biosynthesis in gymnosperms ornamental plants

The article presents results of investigations carried out in Grodno region in 2012-2014 on establishment of influence of foliar dressing by biologically active preparations of hormonal nature on processes of biosynthesis of photosynthetic pigments in needles at receiving a sowing material of Colorado spruce (Picea pungens), Norway spruce (Picea abies) and mountain pine (Pinus mugo var. mughus). Regulators of growth of plants have had a positive effect on controlled parameters. Have improved values indicators: chlorophyll a - on 22 %, chlorophyll b - on 28 %, the sum of chlorophyll a and b - on 24 %, carotenoids - on 20 %, the ratio between the sum of chlorophyll a and b and carotenoids - on 4 %, pigment fund - on 23 %, chlorophyll index - on 12 %. application is established the most effective. It is established also that formation of pigment fund in plants depends on species, age of plant and applied physiologically active agents.

Представлены результаты проведённых в условиях Гродненской области в 2012-2014 гг. исследований по установлению влияния некорневых обработок биологически активными препаратами гормональной природы на процессы биосинтеза фотосинтетических пигментов в хвое при получении посадочного материала ели колючей (Picea pungens), ели обыкновенной (Picea abies) и сосны горной (Pinus mugo var. mughus). Регуляторы роста растений оказали положительное действие на контролируемые параметры. Улучшили значения показатели: хлорофилл a – на 22%, хлорофилл b – на 28%, сумма хлорофиллов a и b – на 24%, каротиноиды – на 20%, соотношение между суммой хлорофиллов a и b и каротиноидами – на 4%, пигментный фонд – на 23%, хлорофилловый индекс – на 12%.
