russe. В статье изучены нормативные, правовые, организационно-управленческие, финансово-экономические условия создания товаропроводящей сети в Беларуси. Представлена оценка эффективности экспорта сельскохозяйственной продукции по товарной и географической структуре, видам прямых поставок организаций аграрной отрасли страны. Обоснован комплекс проблем, сдерживающих развитие товаропроводящей сети на зарубежных продовольственных рынках, включая маркетинговую и логистическую инфраструктуру. С целью увеличения экспорта продукции предложены перспективные направления оптимизации и повышения эффективности функционирования субъектов аграрной товаропроводящей сети на внешних сегментах.

The paper studies regulatory, legal, organizational, managerial, financial and economic conditions for creating of the distribution network of Belarusian agricultural production overseas. The assessment of the efficiency of agricultural products export referring the goods and geographical structure and concerning the direct supplies of agricultural production of the country is presented. Structure of export of agricultural raw materials and foodstuffs of Belarusian producing over world regions is shown. Dynamics of the export structure of agricultural production according the types of direct supplies in context of the most important providers is measured. Development of the commodity distribution network of the Ministry of Agriculture and foods in 2007-2013 is analyzed. Distribution of the commodity providing system according the countries with the participation of Belarusian stock is evaluated. Export structure of Belarusian agrarian production depending on processing level is measured. Index of logistic efficiency of the Custom Union countries in 2007-2014 is analyzed. The most important directions of the development of agrarian commodity providing system of the Republic of Belarus on foreign markets are outlined. The problems which hamper the development of the distribution network on overseas food markets, including marketing and logistics infrastructure are substantiated. In order to increase the export the authors propose the prospective directions to optimize and improve the efficiency of work of the entities of agricultural distribution network on the external segments.
