At the oligopoly, wholesale markets of sugar, croups, dairy canned food, bananas, and citrus fruits are functioned.The processes of concentration and creation of holdings, the direction of antitrust policy, as well as evaluated the methods and tools of state regulation of the national food market. Limiting maximal prices are established for such types of plant growing production of the new crop, bought for the state needs, as grain (for food and forage), oilseed rapeseed (for food and technical purposes), sugar beet: conditioned and substandard. To socially important food products, the prices for which are regulated, relate fresh potatoes, beetroots, carrots (except for calibrated, washed and prepacked), white cabbage, and onion. Stocks of food resources are carried out in the form of stabilization funds of food products for the off-season period (potatoes, white cabbage, carrot, beetroot, onion) and stabilization food funds for the purpose of carrying out of purchasing and commodity interventions. Since 2013, state regulation of the export prices for separate types of products, including food, has been cancelled. In 2015, tariff quotas for import of pork and poultry meat into the territory of the Republic of Belarus were introduced.

цитрусовых.Проанализированы процессы концентрации и образования холдингов, направления проведения антимонопольной политики, а также оценены методы и инструменты государственного регулирования национального продовольственного рынка. Предельные максимальные цены устанавливаются на такие виды продукции растениеводства нового урожая, закупаемые для государственных нужд, как зерновые (для пищевых целей и на фураж), маслосемена рапса (для пищевых и технических целей), свеклу сахарную: кондиционную и некондиционную. К социально значимым продовольственным товарам, цены на которые регулируются, относятся свежие картофель, свекла столовая, морковь столовая (за исключением откалиброванных, мытых и расфасованных), капуста белокочанная, лук репчатый. Запасы продовольственных ресурсов осуществляются в виде стабилизационных фондов продовольственных товаров на межсезонный период (картофель, капусту белокочанную, морковь столовую, свеклу столовую, лук репчатый) и стабилизационных фондов продовольствия с целью проведения закупочных и товарных интервенций. С 2013 г. отменено государственное регулирование экспортных цен на отдельные виды продукции, в т. ч. продовольствие. В 2015 г. введены тарифные квоты на ввоз на территорию Республики Беларусь свинины и мяса птицы.
