Structural and compositional analysis of the agricultural sector risks in the context of food security

anglais. In a course of the research there were studied theoretical and methodological issues of risk classification producers of agricultural products because of the system analysis. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research after reviewing scientific publications covering different characteristics and risk classification, based on the understanding of agricultural production as an open system, it developed a three-tiered approach to structuring risk agrifood system: the classification of system-wide risks, industry risks classification, classification of intersystem risk. Classification of system-wide risks structures common risks, which are typical for economic systems, which include agricultural enterprises. The classification of industrial risks is based on the study of the specifics of agricultural production and the internal structure of the organization of the production process. The classification of intersystem risks identifies the external impact of the agricultural production system on food security systems and the dependence of their formation on institutional provision and global trends.

russe. Рассмотрены теоретические и методологические вопросы классификации рисков производителей аграрной продукции на основе системного анализа. Изучив научные публикации, охватывающие различные характеристики и классификации рисков, исходя из понимания аграрного производства как открытой системы, разработан трехуровневый подход в структуризации рисков агропродовольственной системы: классификация общесистемных рисков, классификация отраслевых рисков, классификация межсистемных рисков. Классификация общесистемных рисков структурирует общие риски, характерные для экономических систем, к которым относятся и аграрные предприятия. Классификация отраслевых рисков основана на изучении специфики аграрного производства и внутренней структуре организации производственного процесса. Классификация межсистемных рисков выявляет внешние воздействие системы аграрного производства на системы продовольственного обеспечения и зависимость их формирования от институционального обеспечения и мировых тенденций.
