Identification of reserves of farmland use efficiency increase

In course of the research there were studied theoretical and practical aspects of increase of farmlands use efficiency. Various ways of calculation of land use efficiency indicators were considered. Their positive and negative sides were given. Advantages of use of the offered profitability indicator, average on the area of crops of the main cultures, for identification of reserves of land use efficiency increase were stated. The mechanism of its application on concrete data was considered. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed that at revealing of reserves of increase of agricultural land use efficiency it was important to improve the system performance. The diversity of performance made it possible to consider the process of land using with various parties and to identify specific areas of organizational activity, allowing achieve the desired result. The proposed index for average acreage of the main crops of profitability made it possible not only to analyze more objectively the effectiveness of agricultural land use in the dynamics of the organization, to compare it between individual enterprises, but also to identify specific provisions of its increase, suggesting improvement in the structure of crops.
