Application of timebase for the analysis of climatic transformation of soil drought cycles in Belarus

russe. Показана необходимость учета цикличности показателей неблагоприятных водных явлений на почвах сельскохозяйственного использования. Приведена методика и принципиальная схема применения временной развертки для оценки климатической трансформации циклической структуры показателей почвенной засухи в условиях естественного водного режима и оросительных мелиораций. С использованием 70-летних модельных рядов сезонной продолжительности почвенной засухи и оросительной нормы пастбища для шести областных метеостанций рассчитаны их спектрально-временные диаграммы. Для большей части территории Беларуси установлена климатическая трансформация доминирующего в первой половине 70-летнего периода 4-летнего цикла колебаний на более высокочастотную 2-3-летнюю цикличность. В локализованной юго-западной зоне республики при наличии примерно до 80-х гг. прошлого века 2-летнего цикла за последние десятилетия сформировалась 11-12-летняя значимая цикличность.

anglais. The necessity of taking into account cyclical indicators of adverse water effects on agricultural lands was shown. The methods and the concept of the use of timebase to assess climate transformation of the cyclic structure of soil drought indicators in the conditions of natural hydrological regime and irrigation reclamation were presented. With the use of 70-year model series of seasonal duration of soil drought and irrigation norm of pasture for six regional meteorological stations, their spectral and timing diagrams was calculated. For most of the territory of Belarus, there was established climatic transformation of 4-year cycle of oscillation, dominant in the first half of the 70-year period, into more high frequency 2-3-year periodicity. In the localized area of the south-west of the Republic of Belarus with 2-year cycle present up to about 1980s, there has formed over the last decades 11-12-year periodicity.
