Strategic directions of diversification of the food industry

s classification of diversification of production strategies with the identification of their positive and negative aspects. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Based on the features of me process of diversification of production at food industry enterprises have been developed strategic direction of diversification of production. On the basis of research carried out at food industry enterprises proposed an algorithm of mechanism for implementing the strategic direction of diversification, which is represented by two interrelated branches: theoretical and practical. The use of this algorithm will allow enterprises of the processing complex, on the one hand, to obtain step-by-step instructions for implementing strategic directions based on production diversification using the practical branch of the algorithm, and on the other hand, it enables to conduct deeper research at each stage through the theoretical branch of algorithm.

Исследованы подходы отечественных и зарубежных авторов к оценке стратегий диверсификации и предложена авторская классификация стратегий диверсификации производства с выявлением их положительных и отрицательных моментов. На основе особенностей процесса диверсификации производства на предприятии пищевой промышленности были разработаны стратегические направления диверсификации производства. Исходя из проведенных исследований на предприятиях пищевой промышленности был предложен алгоритм механизма реализации стратегически направлений диверсификации, который представлен двумя взаимосвязанными ветвями - теоретической и практической. Использование данного алгоритма позволит предприятиям перерабатывающего комплекса, с одной стороны, получить пошаговую инструкцию для внедрения в деятельность стратегических направлений, основанных на диверсификации производства, используя практическую ветку алгоритма, а с другой стороны, дает возможность проведения более глубокого исследования на каждом из этапов посредством теоретической ветки алгоритма.
