Theoretical substantiation of diameters and angle of installation of combing drums for flax bands combing

Приведены теоретические исследования процесса очеса лент льна барабанно-планчатым очесывающим устройством, устанавливаемым над теребильным аппаратом и осуществляющим очес при тереблении лент льна, зажатых в теребильных ручьях. Очесывающее устройство состоит из двух цилиндрических, параллельно установленных, планчатых барабанов и кожуха с ворохоотводами. Профиль рабочей поверхности планок имеет волнообразную форму. Очесывающие барабаны установлены над теребильной секцией в горизонтальной плоскости, образуя с теребильным аппаратом острый угол, а оси вращения барабанов расположены параллельно плоскости движения ленты льна. При этом толщина очесываемой одной парой барабанов ленты льна в 4 раза меньше, чем в существующих очесывающих аппаратах, что позволяет повысить качествоочеса. Наличие рифленой поверхности планок обеспечит параллелизацию верхушечной части стебля и увеличит длину рабочей поверхности планки взаимодействующей со стеблями льна. Осуществление очеса без проникновения в обрабатываемый материал исключает обрыв стеблей и их выдергивание из теребильных ручьев, получаемый при этом льноворох, будет состоять только из семян и неразрушенных коробочек, что позволит снизить массу льновороха в 2.5-4 раза, а масса и габариты льно-комбайна могут быть уменьшены до 2 раз, при использовании накопительного бункера мелкого льновороха вместо тракторного прицепа. Определены основные конструктивные параметры предлагаемого устройства и приведены математическиезависимости для определения длины, диаметров барабанов и угла их установки относительно теребильной секции.

In a course of the research there was studied the process of combing flax bands with a drum-plank combing device installed above a tearing apparatus and carrying out combing while tearing flax bands clamped in tearing streams. The combing device consists of two cylindrical, parallel installed, plank drums and a casing with vents. The profile of the working surface of planks has a wavy form. Combing drums are installed above the tearing section in a horizontal plane forming an acute angle with the tearing apparatus, and the axes of rotation of the drums are parallel to the plane of movement of the flax band. At the same time, the thickness of a flax band combed by one pair of drums is 4 times less than that in existing combing devices, which allows improving the quality of combing. The presence of a ribbed surface of planks will ensure the parallelization of the apical part of the stem and increase the length of the working surface of the plank interacting with flax stems. Combing without penetration into the processed material excludesthe breakage of the stems and their pulling out of the tearing streams. Flax heap obtained hereby will consist only of seedsand unbroken boxes, which will reduce the weight of flax heap by 2.5-4 times, and the weight and dimensions of flax combine may be reduced even twice, when using an accumulation hopper for small flax heaps instead of a tractor trailer. It was determined the main design parameters of the proposed device and presented mathematical dependences to determine the length and diameters of drums and the angle of their installation relative to the tearing section.
