Estimation of new varieties of vegetable bean according to the main economically valuable indicators

anglais. Vegetable beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) belong to the main leguminous vegetable crops. The cultivation of vegetable beans has important food, economic, agrotechnical and agrochemical importance. The creation of new varieties of vegetable beans, suitable for cultivation in the soil and climatic conditions of the Republic of Belarus and combining a set of economically useful traits, is an active direction in the selection of this crop. In studies on cultivated sward-podzolic medium loamy soil, a comparison was made between the main economically valuable characteristics of new bean varieties Dubrovenskaia and Chyzhovenka, which are included in the State Register of Varieties of the Republic of Belarus and recommended for homestead cultivation, with the standard variety Irishka. There were examined the main morphological, morphometric and phenological features of the studied vegetable bean varieties, their yield, and also the quality of marketable products in the phases of technological and full ripeness. As a result of the research, it was established that bean varieties Dubrovenskaia and Chyzhovenka, created in the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy, have a set of economically useful traits and, in terms of basic indices, they are not inferior to the standard vegetable bean variety Irishka. The yield of vegetable beans of the variety Dubrovenskaia in the phase of technological ripeness was 2.0-2.5 kg/square m with raw protein content of 16.8-17.0%, variety Chyzhovenka – 2.5-2.7 kg/square m and 16.5-16.7%, variety Irishka (standard) – 2.0-2.2 kg/square m and 16.6-16.8%.

russe. Фасоль овощная (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) принадлежит к основным бобовым овощным культурам. Возделывание фасоли овощной имеет важное продовольственное, экономическое, агротехническое и агрохимическое значение. Создание новых сортов фасоли овощной, пригодных для возделывания в почвенно-климатических условиях Республики Беларусь и сочетающих в себе комплекс хозяйственно полезных признаков, является актуальным направлением в селекции данной культуры. В исследованиях на окультуренной дерново-подзолистой среднесуглинистой почве проведено сравнение основных хозяйственно ценных признаков новых сортов фасоли овощной Дубровенская и Чыжовенка, которые включены в Государственный реестр сортов Республики Беларусь и рекомендованы для приусадебного возделывания, со стандартным сортом Иришка. Изучены основные морфологические, морфометрические и фенологические признаки исследуемых сортов фасоли овощной, их урожайность, а также качество товарной продукции в фазы технологической и полной спелости. В результате исследований установлено, что созданные в Белорусской государственной сельскохозяйственной академии сорта фасоли Дубровеснкая и Чыжовенка, обладают комплексом хозяйственно полезных признаков и по основным показателям не уступают стандартному сорту фасоли овощной Иришка. Урожайность бобов фасоли овощной сорта Дубровенская в фазу технологической спелости составила 2.0-2.5 кг/м квадратный при содержании сырого протеина 16.8-17.0%, сорта Чыжовенка – 2.5-2.7 кг/м квадратный и 16.5-16.7%, сорта Иришка (стандарт) – 2.0-2.2 кг/м квадратный и 16.6-16.8%.
