Results of experimental research into the process of sugar beet seeds pelleting in centrifugal granulator with the use of paddle reflector

In a course of experimental research there was studied the influence of angular velocity of rotation of the bottom of the mixing chamber, the coefficient of mixing chamber load, the number of blades in the reflector, the height of the paddle reflector, time of seed treatment, the quality of pelleted seeds. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there were determined the optimum parameters and modes of operation of centrifugal granulator of sugar beet (Beta vulgaris) seeds with the use of paddle reflector. As a result of program of planning of experimental studies an adequate mathematical model, describing the change in the share of high-quality seeds in the sample studied by structural and technological parameters of a sugar beet pelleting process for the proposed type of equipment, was obtained. It was found that the rational boundaries of the studied parameters were varied within the following limits: the angular velocity of the mixing chamber bottom from 22.5 to 30 c-1, mixing chamber load factor of 30 to 40%, the number of blades of the reflector cat from 9 to 12 pieces, the height of the vane-reflector Hot from 0.03 to 0.06 m, and the processing time of seed tob from 400 to 600.

Приводятся результаты экспериментальных исследований, влияния угловой скорости вращения днища камеры смешивания, коэффициента загрузки камеры смешивания, числа лопастей в отражателе, высоты расположения лопастного отражателя, времени обработки семян, на качество дражированных семян. Определены оптимальные параметры и режимы работы центробежного дражиратора семян сахарной свеклы с использованием лопастного отражателя. В результате реализации программы планирования экспериментальных исследований получена адекватная математическая модель, описывающая изменение доли качественных семян в пробе от исследуемых конструктивных и технологических параметров процесса дражирования сахарной свеклы для оборудования предлагаемого типа. Установлено, что рациональные границы исследуемых параметров варьируют в следующих пределах: угловая скорость вращения днища камеры смешивания от 22.5 до 30 c-1, коэффициент загрузки камеры смешивания от 30 до 40%, количество лопастей отражателя кот от 9 до12 шт., высота расположения лопастного отражателя Hот от 0.03 до 0.06 м и время обработки семенного материала tоб от 400 до 600 с.
