Mathematical model of soil compaction in furrows, formed by single-disc ploughshare with zero angle of attack and symmetrical ledges-furrow-makers for narrow-row sowing of crops

anglais. The process of sowing is the most important link in the technology of crops cultivation. Scientists in many countries are constantly looking for the best ways to sow crops, as well as for working organs for their implementation. The Belarusian State Agricultural Academy developed a combined single-disc coulter for narrow-row sowing with symmetrical bilateral ledges-furrow-makers operating at zero angle of attack. Field experiments showed that the examined coulter sows seeds more uniformly in the area of feeding and at the optimal depth. A mathematic model of soil compaction in places of seeds sowing using coulters of the proposed type was presented. Its implementation will help to establish the link between the design parameters of the proposed opener and technological parameters of the examined process. This methodology will be taken into account in the analysis and substantiation of rational boundaries of variability of furrow-making element and optimization of its parameters.

russe. Процесс сева является важнейшим звеном в технологии возделывания сельскохозяйственных культур. Ученые многих стран настойчиво ищут оптимальные способы посева сельскохозяйственных культур, а также рабочие органы для их осуществления. В Белорусской государственной сельскохозяйственной академии был разработан комбинированный одно-дисковый сошник для узкорядного посева с симметрично расположенными двухсторонними ребордами-бороздкообразователями, работающий при нулевом угле атаки. Полевые эксперименты показали, что исследуемый сошник осуществляет более равномерный посев семян по площади питания и на оптимальную глубину. Приводится математическая модель уплотнения почвы в местах укладки семян при использовании сошников предлагаемого типа. Ее реализация позволит установить связь между конструктивными параметрами предлагаемого сошника и технологическими параметрами изучаемого процесса. Данная методика будет учтена при анализе и обосновании рациональных границ варьирования бороздкообразующего элемента и оптимизации его параметров.
