Creation of highly productive inbred potato lines

anglais. The researches were conducted in RUE ‘The Scientific and Practical Center of NAS of Belarus for Potato, Vegetable and Fruit Growing’ in 1986-2014. During that period based on the domestic and foreign selection varieties and interspecific hybrids consistently high-yielding line six inbred generations of potato were obtained which for years remained high as the absolute (more than 1200 g/bush) and relative (above the original form) productivity. The majority of lines of the 1st inbred generation were created on the grades basis but the lines of higher inbred generations (from the 2nd to the 6th) - on the basis of interspecific hybrids. It is established that creation possibility of steadily highly productive lines in big degree depends on the genotype of the initial form. From steadily highly productive lines the following forms are distinguished: with the raised and high starch content (102-00-1212, 109-09-112, 105-00-113, 134-10-514 and 146-08-414), low reducing sugar content after 5 storage months (85-07-2212,109-09-112 and 146-09-414), excellent tastes (146-10-2л6 and 148-10-316), high resistance to tuber buck eye rot (21-93-811, 36-93-1112, 85-07-2212, 106-00-212, 117-99-213, 121-99-114 and 132-10-2414). The combination of the maximum economic quantity of valuable signs allocates the following lines: 102-00-1212, 36-93-1112, 85-07-2212, 109-09-112, 134-10-514.
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]russe. Исследования проводились в РУП ‘Научно-практический центр НАН Беларуси по картофелеводству и плодоовощеводству’ в 1986-2014 гг. За этот период на основе сортов отечественной и зарубежной селекции и межвидовых гибридов были получены стабильно высокопродуктивные линии шести инбредных поколений картофеля, которые в течение ряда лет сохраняли высокую как абсолютную (более 1200 г/куст), так и относительную (выше исходной формы) продуктивность. Большинство линий 1-го инбредного поколения были созданы на базе сортов, а линии более высоких инбредных поколений (со 2-го по 6-е) — на основе межвидовых гибридов. Установлено, что возможность создания стабильно высокопродуктивных линий в большой степени зависит от генотипа исходной формы. Среди стабильно высокопродуктивных линий выделены формы: с повышенным и высоким содержанием крахмала (102-00-12л2, 109-09-1л2, 105-00-1л3, 134-10-5л4 и 146-08-4л4), низким содержанием редугщрующих Сахаров после 5 месяцев хранения (85-07-22л2,109-09-1л2 и 146-09-4л4), отличными вкусовыми качествами (146-10-2л6 и 148-10-Злб), высокой устойчивостью к фитофторозу клубней (21-93-8л1, 36-93-11л2, 85-07-22л2, 106-00-2л2, 117-99-2л3, 121-99-1л4 и 132-10-24л4). По сочетанию максимального количества хозяйственно ценных признаков выделены линии 102-00-12л2, 36-93-Ш2, 85-07-22л2, 109-09-Ш, 134-10-5л4.
