Meadow fodder production challenge

anglais. In a course of the research there were studied current problems of meadow forage production in the Republic of Belarus, ways of elimination and further development. The role of scientists of the Belarusian state agricultural academy is recognized both in the process of formation of grass seeding and grass production in Belarus and specialists training. The main scientific problems are the following: the formation of highly productive agro-landscapes with high biodiversity and adaptability, the creation and operation of meadow grass stands that are resistant to extreme weather, soil and hydrological conditions, increasing the productive longevity meadow grass stands with a variety of legumes, the formation of effective meadow grass stands and obtaining regulatory net grass fodder in conditions of radioactive contamination, the study methodology restoration of natural meadow communities on the unproductive lands, the establishment of a system of new cultivars of perennial grasses, provides high-quality and cheap herbal feed in a changing climate.

russe. Изложены основные проблемы современного состояния лугового кормопроизводства в Республике Беларусь и намечены пути их устранения и дальнейшего развития. Показана роль ученых Белорусской государственной академии в становлении развития травосеяния и луговодства в Беларуси, подготовке компетентных специалистов. Основные научные проблемы: формирование высокопродуктивных агро-ландшафтов с высоким уровнем биоразнообразия и адаптивности, создание и эксплуатация луговых травостоев, устойчивых к экстремальным погодным, почвенным и гидрологическим условиям, повышение продуктивного долголетия луговых травостоев с различными бобовыми травами, формирование эффективных луговых травостоев и получение нормативно чистых травяных кормов в условиях радиоактивного загрязнения, исследование методологии восстановления природных луговых сообществ на малопродуктивных землях, создание системы новых сортов многолетних трав, обеспечивающих получение высококачественных и дешевых травяных кормов в условиях изменяющегося климата.
