Creation of new initial material of potato steady against late blight

russe. В статье приведены результаты работы по созданию нового исходного материала картофеля (Solanum tuberosum) по устойчивости к фитофторозу за 2011–2013 гг. В результате искусственного заражения сеянцев на раннем этапе онтогенеза из 16 646 сеянцев отобрано 4 292 образца (25,7 %) с относительно высокой и высокой устойчивостью к фитофторозу листьев. Создано 6 гибридов, полученных на основе видов S. demissum, S. bulbocastanum, S. microdontum, S. simplicifolium, S. acaule, S. Andigenum и S. phureja, обладающих относительно высокой устойчивостью листьев к фитофторозу, относительно высокой и высокой устойчивостью клубней к патогену и средней устойчивостью к возбудителям черной ножки по клубням в сочетании с другими хозяйственно ценными признаками. В качестве исходных форм для селекции на фитофтороустойчивость рекомендуются гибриды 37-05-12, 106-05-11, 37-05-2, 303-06-1, 36-07-3 и 102-07-5. По передаче потомству признака фитофтороустойчивости по листьям среди материнских форм высокой общей комбинационной способностью характеризовались гибриды 37-05-2 и 303-06-1. При изучении образцов коллекционного питомника в зависимости от года исследований выделено от 55 межвидовых гибридов картофеля, 10 из них (122-03-5, 47-01-23, 90.730/5, 33-99-26, 20-04-5, 135-00-7, 47-01-13, 9-93, 90.674/58 и 151-00-13) являются наиболее ценными источниками устойчивости к Phytophtora infestans (Mont.) de Bary.

anglais. The work results (2011–2013) on creation of new initial material of potato (Solanum tuberosum) resistant to late blight are presented in the article. As a result of artificial infestation of the seedlings at the early stage of ontogenesis out of 16 646 seedlings there were selected 4292 (25.7%) samples with a relatively high and high resistance to late blight of leaves. During the research 6 hybrids are created that are derived from species S. demissum, S. bulbocastanum, S. microdontum, S. simplicifolium, S. acaule, S. andigenum and S. phureja. The hybrids 37-05-12, 106-05-11, 37-05-2, 303-06-1, 36-07-3 and 102-07-5 are recommended as the initial forms for breeding for late blight resistance.These hybrids have relatively high resistance to late blight for leaf, pathogen for tubers and secondary resistant to blackleg on tubers with combination of other economically valuable traits. By late blight resistance transfer by leaves among the maternal forms hybrids 37-05-2 and 303-06-1 were characterized by high general combining ability. In the study of samples of a collection nursery depending on years of research there were allocated 55 potato interspecific hybrids, 10 of them (122-03-5, 01.23.47, 90.730 / 5, 33-99-26, 04.05.20, 135 -00-7, 13.1.47, 9-93, 90.674 / 58 and 151-00-13) are the most valuable sources of resistance to Phytophtora infestans (Mont.) de Bary.
