Creation of the initial material of the potato with colorful pulp of tubers

anglais. The results of potato (Solanum tuberosum) hybrids creation with coloured pulp of tubers are presented in the article, their assessment on economically valuable features is given. In the studied hybrid populations the pulp colouring varied from light blue to dark purple, and only in the populations of 206181 and 20959 there met hybrids with red and pink colored tubers, but their number was significantly smaller than the blue and violet colour. The maximum number of intensely colored hybrids was marked in populations of 20659 and 20669, where into hybridization there were involved interspecific hybrids with red peel beside the brightly colored in purple color varieties Kongo and partially pigmented hybrid 200191-9. The intensity of the colour depends on the weather conditions during the growing season and the phase of plant development. In hot and dry years the intensity of pigmentation in tubers increases. Maximum tubers colouring was observed at the end of the growing season. As a result of the research there were selected 8 hybrids which are recommended as the initial material for the creation of varieties with colored flesh tubers.

russe. В статье представлены результаты по созданию гибридов картофеля с цветной мякотью клубней и дана их оценка по хозяйственно ценным признакам. В изученных гибридных популяциях окраска мякоти варьировала от светло-синей до темно-фиолетовой, и только в популяциях 206181 и 20959 встречались гибриды с красной и розовой окраской мякоти клубней, однако их количество было значительно меньше, нежели с синей и фиолетовой окраской. Максимальное количество интенсивно окрашенных гибридов встречалось в популяциях 20659 и 20669, где в гибридизацию были вовлечены помимо ярко окрашенного в фиолетовый цвет сорта Kongo и частично пигментированного гибрида 200191-9 межвидовые гибриды с красной кожурой. Интенсивность окраски зависит от погодных условий во время вегетации и фазы развития растения. В более жаркие, засушливые годы интенсивность пигментации мякоти клубней усиливается. Максимальное окрашивание мякоти клубней наблюдалось в конце вегетации. В результате выполненных исследований выделены 8 гибридов, которые рекомендуются в качестве исходного материала для создания сортов картофеля с цветной мякотью клубней.
