Genotypes selection of potato steady against M-virus with use of molecular markers

russe. На основе применения молекулярных маркеров выявлены источники устойчивости к M-вирусу – сорта картофеля различного происхождения и отечественные гибриды. Для детекции гена сверхчувствительной устойчивости Rm, который встречался часто, предложено использовать два маркера – CAPS маркер GP283320 и ISSR маркер UBC8221079. Ген крайней устойчивости Gm определен только в двух гибридах с помощью SCAR маркера SC878885. Отобранные источники устойчивости рекомендованы для использования в селекции. Однако применение только одного из этих двух маркеров слабо информативно, так как отсутствует достоверная корреляция между присутствием или отсутствием маркерной полосы и оценкой по фенотипу сортов исследованной коллекции. В связи с этим для ПЦР-тестирования гена Rm следует применять оба маркера (коэффициент совпадения с фенотипической оценкой r = 0,7 при P менее 0,01). Оказалось, что устойчивость большинства сортов к M-вирусу обусловлена геном сверхчувствительности Rm. Источники с этим геном выделены среди сортов отечественной и зарубежной селекции. Маркерные локусы к гену Rm были также выявлены у 63 % отечественных гибридов. Гибриды 15Y09-33, 17Y09-4, 169Y09-5, 185Y09-11, 2978-10 характеризовались наличием обоих маркеров к этому гену. В то же время ген Gm является редким и пока присутствует в селекционном материале картофеля. Он был выявлен только у двух гибридов отечественной селекции – 1M-8 и 1M-9, отобранных на инфекционном фоне к М-вирусу.

anglais. Potato (Solanum tuberosum) varieties of various origin and national hybrids, the resistance sources to M-virus, are revealed on the basis of application of molecular markers. For gene detection of supersensitive resistance Rm, which is often met, it is offered to use two markers – CAPS a marker of GP283320 and ISSR UBC8221079 marker. The extreme resistance gene Gm is defined only in two hybrids by SCAR marker SC878885. The selected sources of stability are recommended for use in selection. However, the use of only one of these two markers is not very informative, since there is no significant correlation between the presence or absence of the marker strip and assessment by phenotype of varieties of the analysed collection. In this regard, for PCR testing of Rm gene it is necessary to use both markers (coefficient of coincidence with phenotypic evaluation factor r = 0,7 at P less than 0.01). It turned out that resistance of the majority of varieties to M- virus is caused by a gene of Rm hypersensitivity. Sources with this gene were allocated among the varieties of national and foreign selection. Marker loci to the Rm gene were also detected in 63% of national hybrids. Hybrids 15Y09-33, 17Y09-4, 169Y09-5, 185Y09-11, 2978-10 were characterized by the presence of both markers to this gene. At the same time, Gm gene is rare and so far is presented only in potato breeding material. It was identified only in two hybrids native selection - 1M-8 and 1M-9 selected on infectious background to M-virus.
