Concept of creation and operation of clusters in the agro-industrial complex

anglais. Nowadays one of the most important tasks for many countries is decrease of raw material dependence and formation of the model of new knowledge-based economy. This is largely due to clustering. Create clusters or cluster approach to economic activity is an integral part of the market economy, contributing to increased productivity and competitiveness of economic entities and sectors of economic activity in general. Usually distinguished three main types of clusters, each of which describes some major priority of their creation: regional or territorial group of companies, vertical or food production chains, large-scale association representing the essence of some basic industries. The paper deals with the concept of creation and operation of clusters in the agro-industrial complex. Presented is a scientifically substantiated algorithm of cluster formation involving a certain sequence of stages and procedures. Developed are organizational and economic bases of creation of production and sales clusters (for real economic management conditions) which include the stages of creation, basic measures of stage implementation and specific features of these measures.

приведен научно обоснованный алгоритм формирования кластера, предполагающий определенную последовательность этапов и процедур. Разработаны организационно-экономические основы создания производственно-сбытовых кластеров (для реальных условий хозяйствования), которые включают этапы создания, основные меры реализации этапов, а также характерные черты реализуемых мер.
