New approaches to establishment of plant biological control agents

Necessity of producing and wide application of biological crop-protection means as alternative to pesticides during coming to ecological agriculture is determined with real problem of pathogenic microorganisms’ resistance to agrochemicals. The role of bio pesticides increase every year due to global tendency of introduction of environmental science in agriculture. The main goal of the research presented in the article appears evaluation of the new approaches to development of biological crop-protective substances. Drug-resistant variants of bacteria representing genera Bacillus and Pseudomonas showing enhanced antagonistic activity have been selected. High adaptation capacity of sporulation bacteria and resistance to chemical pesticides coupled to significant antagonistic activity has been revealed in soil microbial cenoses and plant phylloclade to ensure their potential introduction in comprehensive systems of plant protection. The methods of increasing antagonistic activity of the selected strains by short-term exposure of bacterial cultures to stress factors - temperature or osmotic shock have been proposed. The prospects of generating high-tech commodity forms of bio preparations are directly related to microbial cell immobilization on solid support (fossil flour) or in gels.

russe. Селектированы аитибиотикоустойчивые штаммы бактерий родов Bacillus и Pseudomonax с повышенной антагонистической активностью. Установлена их высокая адаптационная способность в микробиоценозах почв и филлоплане растений, устойчивость к химическим пестицидам, что в совокупности с выраженной антагонистической активностью обеспечивает перспективность использования исследуемых культур в качестве потенциальных интродуцентов для контроля возбудителей болезней растений. Предложены способы повышения антагонистической активности полученных штаммов, основанные на кратковременном воздействии на бактериальные клетки стресс-факторов - температурного или осмотического шока. Показано, что перспективы создания высокотехнологичных товарных форм биопрепаратов связаны с иммобилизацией исследуемых бактериальных культу р на твердом носителе (трепеле) или в гелях.
