Selection of garden strawberry for resistibility to verticillium wilt

russe. Представлены результаты исследований по искусственному заражению гибридного материала земляники садовой фитопатогенными грибами Verticillium dahliae Kleban, V. albo-atrum Reinke et Berthold. Проанализировано пять вариантов заражения с различными способами инокуляциирастений. Выявлены более эффективные и менее трудоемкие. Лучшим вариантом заражения исходного растительного материала на раннем этапе развития стал способ инокуляции субстрата путем полива споровой суспензией фитопатогенных грибов. Близким по эффективности оказались заражения растений опрыскиванием семян и всходов суспензией спор. Гибель от вертициллезного увядания у гибридных сеянцев восприимчивого сорта здесь составила 83.3%. При этом способ прост в выполнении, что позволяет проводить работу с большим количеством сеянцев.

In a course of the research there was studied artificial poisoning of hybrid material of garden strawberry (Fragaria) by phytopathogenic fungi Verticillium dahliae Kleban, V. albo-atrum Reinke et ways of inoculation of plants. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed more efficient and less labor-intensive ones. The best option of the original plant material infection at an early stage of development has become a way of substrate inoculation by watering with a spore suspension of phytopathogenic fungi. Spraying of seeds and seedlings with a spore suspension was also an efficient method of plant infection. The death of Verticillium wilt in hybrid seedlings are susceptible variety was 83.3%. This method is simple in execution, allowing to work with a large number of seedlings.
