The fish-biology characteristic of the trout which is grown up in installation of the closed water supply of the BGSHA fish-breeding industrial complex

anglais. The results of comprehensive studies of trout, which are grown in closed water in Belarusian State Academy of Agriculture. Studies have found that rainbow trout on a number of indicators (fish, morphometric and morphological and physiological) is superior to amber, indicating that its greatest value. There was higher nitrogen content (on 0,36 items), and as a result - protein content (on 2,2 items) turned in the body of the rainbow trout in comparison with the amber at cultivation in the conditions of fish-industrial complex, with other same conditions of maintenance and feeding. Also the calcium increase on 0,028 items in the muscles of the rainbow trout is noted, that is very important indicator in the life of fishes, since the calcium containing in bones, is a reserve for those physiological processes at which the requirement for it increases. It is necessary for fibrin formation at blood coagulation. It affects on the colloidal state of protoplasm, maintains the osmotic pressure of the blood. It is necessary for maintenance the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system of fishes.

russe. Представлены результаты комплексных исследований форели, которую выращивают в установках с замкнутым водоснабжением УО БГСХА. Исследованиями установлено, что радужная форель по ряду показателей (рыбоводных, морфометрических и морфофизиологических) превосходит янтарную, что свидетельствует о ее наибольшей ценности. При выращивании в условиях рыбоводно-индустриального комплекса, при прочих равных условиях содержания и кормления, в теле радужной форели по сравнению с янтарной оказалось более высокое содержания азота на 0,36 п. п., и как следствие – протеина на 2,2 п. п. Также отмечено увеличение кальция в мышцах радужной форели на 0,028 п. п., что является очень важным показателем в жизни рыб, т. к. именно кальций, содержащийся в костях, является резервом для тех физиологических процессов, при которых возрастает потребность в нем, необходим для образования фибрина при свертывании крови. Он влияет на коллоидное состояние протоплазмы, поддерживает осмотическое давление крови, необходим для поддержания нормальной деятельности сердечно-сосудистой системы рыб.
