Предложена конструкция питателя кормовых добавок с измельчающим устройством, которая позволяет совместить процессы дозированной подачи кормовых добавок и измельчения. Описано устройство и процесс работы измельчителя. Определена длина фронтальной грани противорежущей пластины, по которой перемещается измельчаемый материал, что позволяет создать противорежущий эффект с минимальными затратами энергии.
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]russe. cost. Producing of balanced compound feeds including all necessary nutritive substances requires use of complicated processing technology. One of the most important directions of the improvement of the process of feed distribution appears utilization of feeding storage devices. The main goal of the research appears development of the construction of the feed distributor with crushing device allowing to compose the processes of metered flow of feed additives and crushing and substantiation of the lengths of shear knife of crushing device. The article proposes the construction of a feeder with a crusher which allows combining feed additives supply together with crushing. The crushing device and its work are described. Technical characteristics of dozing feed distributors are evaluated. The schemes of feed distributor are shown. The length of the frontal side plane of a shear knife is determined what enables to have a shear effect with minimum energy cost.
