ST-technology – self-developing type-related technology for production of commodity pigs

С целью стабильного повышения объемов производства высококачественной товарной свинины и обеспечения финансовой прибыльности сельхозпредприятий от этого вида экономической деятельности необходимо получать молодняк свиней, как для воспроизводства стада, так и откорма, только от разовых ремонтных свинок, с последующей их реализацией на убой. Чтобы обеспечить надлежащую биобезопасность товарного свиноводческого предприятия любой производственной мощности из структуры стада необходимо исключить многопоросных, так называемых, основных свиноматок. Для товарных свиноводческих предприятий разработана саморазвивающая видосоответствующая технология (СВ-технология) производства свинины. Практическому освоению и внедрению СВ-технологии способствуют биологические, зоотехнические, гигиенические, ветеринарные, экологические и экономические предпосылки.

For the purpose of stable increase of production volumes of high-quality commodity pork and financial profitability of agricultural enterprises from this kind of economic activitiy it is necessary to receive young growth of pigs for herd reproduction and fattening only from single repair piglets, with their subsequent realisation for slaughter.It is necessary to exclude manyfarrowing, so-called, basic sows from herd structure for ensuring proper biosafety of the commodity pig-breeding enterprise by any capacity. A self-developing type-related technology (ST-technology) for pork production was developed for commodity pig production enterprises. Practical development and implementation of ST-technology is contributed by biological, zootechnical, sanitary, veterinary, environmental and economic conditions.
