В работе приводятся данные литературы и собственные исследования авторов по проблеме инфекционных вирусных заболеваний плотоядных животных, таких как бешенство, чума, парвовирусный энтерит и инфекционный гепатит в мире и Республике Беларусь. Для специфической профилактики этих заболеваний разработаны достаточно эффективные зарубежные и отечественные моно- и поливалентные вакцины. А вот средств и методов лечения указанных заболеваний плотоядных животных в настоящее время недостаточно. Для лечения вирусных заболеваний в медицинской практике применяют химиотерапевтические антивирусные препараты и видовые рекомбинантные интерфероны различных модификации. Особого внимания в этом ряду уделяется рибавирину. Показаны методические подходы при конструировании комплексного препарата и его эффективности при лабораторных испытаниях.
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. In a course of the research there were studied a complex preparation Feronovirin for the therapy and prophylaxis of viral infections of carnivorous animals. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research data of literature and own researches of authors on infectious viral diseases of carnivorous animals, such as rabies, plague, parvovirus enteritis, and infectious hepatitis in the world and the Republic of Belarus were presented. For specific prophylaxis of these diseases were developed sufficiently effective foreign and domestic mono - and polyvalent vaccines. But the means and methods of treatment of these diseases in carnivores was currently not enough. For the treatment of viral diseases in clinical practice were used chemotherapeutic drugs and anti-virus species of recombinant interferons of various modifications. Special attention in this series was paid for the ribavirin. The methodological approaches in the design of the integrated product and its effectiveness in laboratory tests were shown.
