Pectin biologically active additives in the feeds composition for highly productive cows

russe. В статье представлена информация об эффективности биологически активной пектинсодержащей добавки в составе комбикормов для высокопродуктивных коров. Новая добавка получена путем переработки отходов солодовенного и сахарного производств. Она способствует повышению среднесуточного удоя натурального молока на 4,3%, молока базисной жирности на 4,6%. Использование в составе зимних рационов высокопродуктивных коров первой половины лактации комбикорма с содержанием 1% кормовой добавки оказывает положительное влияние на содержание минеральных веществ в крови коров: уровень кальция в крови повышается на 5,6%, фосфора на 24,3%, железа на 19,7%. Использование пектинсодержащей биологически активной кормовой добавки для высокопродуктивных коров первой трети лактации в количестве 0,5% способствует повышению продуктивности животных на 7,6%, улучшению качественного состава молока по содержанию в нем жира на 0,07 п. п., белка на 0,09 п. п.

anglais. This article provides information about the effectiveness of dietary supplements pectin in the composition of animal feed for highly productive cows. New additives obtained by recycling malt and sugar industries. It contributes to the average daily milk yield of natural milk by 4,3%, milk fat content of the base - by 4,6%. Using a part of the winter rations of highly productive cows of the first half of lactation feed with content of 1% of the feed additive has a positive impact on the mineral content in the blood of cows: the level of calcium in the blood increases on 5,6%, phosphorus on 24,3%, iron on 19,7%.The use of pectin dietary forage to-additive for highly productive cows in the first third of lactation 0,5% improves animal performance by 7,6%, the improvement of the qualitative composition of the milk content of fat in it by 0,07 percentage points on the protein 0,09 percentage points.
