Analysis of the development of fish industry in the Republic of Belarus

Рыбохозяйственная деятельность играет важную роль в формировании полноценного рациона питания каждого человека. В Беларуси нет прямого выхода в море. поэтому всегда уделялось повышенное внимание ее выращиванию во внутренних водоемах. Так как Беларусь потребляет около 20 тыс. тонн импортной рыбы, стоит задача максимально обеспечить внутренний рынок рыбой собственного производства. Эффективность рыбной отрасли за последние годы снизилась. Анализ источников и статистических материалов позволяет сделать выводы, что в ближайшие годы приоритетными направлениями для рыболовного хозяйства Беларуси являются: зарыбление рыболовных угодий, обеспечивающее их оптимальную рыбопродуктивность и максимальную привлекательность для рыболовов-любителей, развитие рекреационного рыболовства в рыболовных угодьях по принципу ‘выпуск - вылов’, охрана рыболовных угодий и сохранение водных биоресурсов, усиление работы и совершенствование методов борьбы с браконьерством в рыболовных угодьях, развитие и поддержка рыболовного туризма, в том числе иностранного, как одного из источников привлечения в страну валютных ресурсов, включение рыболовов-любителей в республиканские государственно-общественные объединения, разработка системы оценки эффективности ведения рыболовного хозяйства, рекреационного рыболовства, совершенствование формы государственной статистической отчетности о результатах ведения рыболовного хозяйства с учетом разработанной системы оценки эффективности рыбохозяйственной деятельности, создание на базе государственно-общественных и общественных организаций школ начинающего рыболова учебных групп для разновозрастных категорий граждан, желающих заниматься рекреационным рыболовством, систематическое проведение турниров, соревнований, выставок, презентаций.

Fish industry plays an important role in the formation of a full diet of each person, hi Belarus there is no direct access to the sea, so they always pay special attention to its cultivation in inland waters. Since Belarus consumes about 20 thousand tons of imported fish. the challenge is to provide fish of own production for the internal market to the maximum. The efficiency of the fishing industry has declined in recent years. The analysis of sources and statistical materials allows to draw conclusions that in the coming years priority areas for the fishing industry in Belarus are: stocking of fishing grounds, ensuring their optimal fish production and maximum attractiveness for amateur fishermen, development of recreational fisheries in fishing grounds by the principle of ‘release – catch’, protection of fishing areas and conservation of aquatic biological resources, strengthening of work and improvement of methods of controlling of poaching in fishing, the development and support of fishing tourism, including foreign tourism, as one of the sources of attracting foreign exchange resources to the country, the inclusion of amateur anglers in the republican state-public associations, the development of a system for assessing the effectiveness of fishing, recreational fisheries, improving the form of state statistical reporting on the results of fisheries management, taking into account the developed system for assessing the effectiveness of fisheries, the base of state-public and public organizations of schools of beginner anglers&#039
