The study was made by a team of the Institute of Technology and life sciences within the long-term programme: " Standardization and monitoring of environmental undertakings, agricultural techniques and infrastructural solutions for security and sustainable development of agricultural and rural areas". Its aim was to recognise the legitimacy of melioration development in particular provinces based on the main directions of their development, public intervention and areas of agriculture supporting activities described in development strategies and other provincial documents
