Influence of the Relative Length of the Matrix Drawplate on the Compacting Pressure of Thermally-Modified Birch Bark in the Roller Press-Granulators | ВЛИЯНИЕ ОТНОСИТЕЛЬНОЙ ДЛИНЫ ФИЛЬЕРЫ МАТРИЦЫ НА ДАВЛЕНИЕ ПРЕССОВАНИЯ ТЕРМОМОДИФИЦИРОВАННОЙ БЕРЕЗОВОЙ КОРЫ В ПРЕСС-ГРАНУЛЯТОРАХ ВАЛКОВОГО ТИПА

anglais. The process of obtaining of granulated biofuel from thermally-modified woodpulp by roller press granulators is a promising method for utilization of birch bark refuse wood. Density of bark pellets is an important indicator, of their high quality. The production of qualitative pellets from thermally-modified birch bark depends on the compacting pressure, which is directly associated with the relative length of the matrix drawplate and feedstock physical and mechanical properties, primarily with the friction and adhesion coefficients of the pressed wood pellet with the cylindrical surface of the matrix drawplate in the roller press granulators. At present, there are practically no data on the adhesion and friction coefficients for thermally-modified tree bark, which does not allow us to determine the pressure developed by the pressing rolls during the wood pellets pressing. Based on the developed mathematical model for calculating the compacting pressure in the cylindrical matrix drawplate, we combined the friction and adhesion coefficients into a factor α, which made it possible to create a stand and develop a technique for its experimental determination. The researches on obtaining granules from thermally-modified birch bark demonstrate that the generalizing coefficient α is a function of initial moisture content of thermally-modified raw material and compacting pressure. The statistical processing of the experimental results made it possible to obtain a regression equation for the determining coefficient α.

russe. Процесс получения гранулированного биотоплива из термомодифицированной массы на пресс-грануляторах валкового типа является перспективным методом утилизации древесных отходов березовой коры. Плотность гранул из коры - важный показатель, их высокого качества. Получение качественных гранул из термомодифицированной коры березы зависит от давления прессования, которое напрямую связано с относительной длиной фильеры матрицы и физико-механическими свойствами исходного сырья, в первую очередь с коэффициентами трения и адгезии спрессованной древесной гранулы с цилиндрической поверхностью фильеры матрицы в пресс-грануляторах валкового типа. В настоящее время практически отсутствуют данные о коэффициентах адгезии и трения для термомодифицированной древесной коры, что не позволяет определить давление, развиваемое прессовочными валками в процессе прессования древесных гранул. На основании разработанной математической модели для расчета давления прессования в цилиндрической фильере матрицы коэффициенты трения и адгезии были объединены в коэффициент α, что позволило создать стенд и разработать методику его экспериментального определения. Проведенные исследования по получению гранул из термомодифицированной березовой коры показали, что обобщающий коэффициент α является функцией исходной влажности термомодифицированного сырья и давления прессования. Статистическая обработка экспериментальных результатов позволила получить уравнение регрессии для определения коэффициента α.
