The effect of application of bentonites and mineral fertilizers on the yield and quality of sunflower achenes under conditions of the steppe zone of the Central Chernozem Region | Влияние внесения бентонитов и минеральных удобрений на урожайность и качество семянок подсолнечника в условиях степной зоны Центрального Черноземья

There has been conducted a research in order to define the optimal rates of application of pure bentonites and in combinations with the recommended dose of mineral fertilizers that provide the highest yield and quality of sunflower achenes under conditions of the steppe zone of the Central Chernozem Region. Experiments were conducted in the arable crop rotation of one of the agricultural enterprises in the Voronezh region in 2005-2011 using the Alexandra sunflower hybrid (originator: Syngenta) with the application of bentonites from Zhuravskoe deposits. The soil of the experimental plots was ordinary medium-loamy chernozem and the preceding crop was winter wheat. Conventional practices of sunflower production in the steppe zone were used. Sunflower yield on the control variant amounted on average to13.3 dt/ha. The application of the recommended dose of mineral fertilizers increased the yield up to 20.2 dt/ha, or by 52%. The maximum yield of sunflower achenes was obtained on the variant of combined application of 15 t/ha bentonites and 30.8 dt/ha N90P60K60 exceeding the control by 17.5 dt/ha (132%) and on the variant with the application of N90P60K60 by 10.6 dt/ha (52%). The average oil content of sunflower achenes was 46.0% on the control and 48.0% (by 2.0% higher) on the variant with the application of N90P60K60. The maximum oil content (49.1%) was registered on the variant of combined application of 15 t/ha bentonites and N90P60K60. On other variants the oil content was 47.7-48.8%, which allows for the conclusion that this parameter is more influenced by mineral fertilizers than bentonites. Oil yield per hectare is accepted as the resulting efficiency reporting indicator. It was noted that application of bentonites had not produced any significant effect on the oil content. The maximum oil yield (14.1-15.1 dt/ha) was obtained on the variant of combined application of 10 and 15 t/ha bentonites with N90P60K60 exceeding the control by 8-9 dt/ha.

Проведены исследования с целью выявления оптимальных норм внесения бентонитов в чистом виде и в сочетании с рекомендованной нормой минеральных удобрений, обеспечивающих наибольшую урожайность и качество семянок подсолнечника в условиях степной зоны Центрального Черноземья. Опыты проводили в полевом севообороте одного из с.-х. предприятий Воронежской области в 2005-2011 гг. на гибриде подсолнечника Александра (оригинатор – компания "Сингента") с применением бентонитов Журавского месторождения. Почва опытного участка – чернозем обыкновенный среднесуглинистый, предшественник – озимая пшеница. Применялась общепринятая для степной зоны агротехника возделывания подсолнечника. Урожайность подсолнечника на контроле составила в среднем 13,3 ц/га. Внесение рекомендованной нормы минеральных удобрений увеличивало урожайность до 20,2 ц/га, или на 52%. Максимальная урожайность семянок подсолнечника была получена на варианте внесения 15 т/га бентонитов и N90P60K60 – 30,8 ц/га, что на 17,5 ц/га (132%) превысило контроль и на 10,6 ц/га (52%) – вариант внесения N90P60K60. Масличность семянок подсолнечника на контроле в среднем составила 46,0%, при внесении N90P60K60 – 48,0% (на 2,0% выше). Максимальная масличность была отмечена на варианте совместного внесения 15 т/га бентонитов и N90P60K60 – 49,1%. На других вариантах масличность семянок составила 47,7-48,8%, что позволяет сделать вывод о большем влиянии на данный показатель минеральных удобрений, чем бентонитов. Конечным показателем эффективности является сбор масла с 1 гектара. Отмечено, что бентониты в чистом виде на масличность существенного влияния не оказывают. Максимальный сбор масла получен при внесении 10 и 15 т/га бентонитов и N90P60K60 – 14,1-15,1 ц/га, что на 8-9 ц/га превысило показатель контрольного варианта.
