Monitoring of helminth fauna in the gastrointestinal tract of domestic reindeer in the Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets municipal district | Мониторинг гельминтофауны желудочно-кишечного тракта домашнего северного оленя на территории Таймырского Долгано-Ненецкого муниципального района

To study the epizootic situation on the helminth infections of the domestic reindeer gastrointestinal tract own examination was conducted (2014-2015) and the last years materials were analyzed and generalized. A complete helminthological autopsy revealed 4045 helminthes, and among them there were: Ostertagia gruhneri (the dominant specie) – 85, O. arctica – 14%, O. circumcincta – 1% (100% invasion extensity [IE]); for Nematodirus skrjabini and Nematodirus longissimespiculata the IE was 86%; Moniezia rangiferina and Moniezia taymirica - IE was 24%. In singe cases also representative of the Skrjabinemia и Setaria genera were revealed. A coprological survey showed age-related dynamics of infestation. In animals with ostertagiosis the IE was: for calves under 1 year – 90%; for 1-3 year's individuals and from 3 years and older –100%. In case of monieziasis 80% animals under 1 year were infected; at the age of 1-3 years –17.2%; at the age of 3 years and older – 22.72%. In case of nematodirosis the infestation of animals aged under 1 year was 90%, 1-3 years – 41,%, from the age of 3 years and older – 6.8%. The highest level of infestation with Ostertagia and Nematodirella together with Nematodirus registered in August-September amounted to 98.8% and 28.9%, respectively. The lowest level of contamination is observed in June and July; the IE of Ostertagia, Nematodirella with Nematodirus and Moniezia was 12.2%, 2%, 1.4%, respectively. Further research is needed to increase the productivity of the industry, to develop preventive measures and effective control actions for invasive disease.

Для изучения эпизоотической ситуации по гельминтозам желудочно-кишечного тракта домашних северных оленей были проведены собственные исследования (2014-2015), а также дополнительно обобщены и проанализированы материалы прошлых лет. При проведении полного гельминтологического вскрытия было выявлено 4045 экз. гельминтов, из них: Ostertagia gruhneri (доминирующий) – 85%; O. arctica – 14%; O. circumcincta – 1%, при экстенсивности инвазии (ЭИ) 100%; Nematodirus skrjabini и Nematodirella longissimespiculata, ЭИ 86%; Moniezia rangiferina и M. taymirica, ЭИ 24%. В единичных случаях были выявлены также представители родов Skrjabinemia и Setaria. Анализ результатов проведенных копрологических исследований указывает на возрастную динамику зараженности. Так, у животных до 1 года при остертагиозе ЭИ составила 90%, от 1-3 лет и от 3-х лет и старше – 100%. При мониезиозе животные до 1 года заражены на 80%; 1-3 лет – 17,2%; от 3-х лет и старше мониезиоз установлен в 22,72% случаях. Также при нематодирозе зараженность животных в возрасте до 1 года составила 90%, 1-3 лет – 41,4%, от 3-х лет и старше – 6,8%. Наиболее высокий уровень инвазии Ostertagia и Nematodirella вместе с Nematodirus, зарегистрированный в августе-сентябре, составил 98,8% и 28,9% соответственно. Наименьший уровень заражения наблюдается с июня по июль, ЭИ Ostertagia, Nematodirella с Nematodirus и Moniezia составила, соответственно, 12,2%, 2,0%, 1,4%. Для увеличения продуктивности отрасли, разработки профилактических мероприятий и эффективных мер борьбы с инвазионными заболеваниями необходимы дальнейшие исследования.
