In article the main directions of development of the foreign trade activity of economic entities of agro-industrial complex of Russia providing them competitive positions in the world market are opened. Methods and instruments of strategic management of finance of economic entities of agro-industrial complex of Russia on the basis of expansion of export operations are offered. A conclusion about need of improvement of the mechanism of financial management by the foreign trade activity of the Russian agro-industrial enterprises in the conditions of world crisis and action of economic sanctions is received.

В статье раскрыты основные направления развития внешнеторговой деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов агропромышленного комплекса России, обеспечивающие им конкурентные позиции на мировом рынке. Предложены методы и инструменты стратегического управления финан сами хозяйствующих субъектов агропромышленного комплекса России на основе расширения экспорт ных операций. Получен вывод о необходимости совершенствования механизма финансового управле ния внешнеторговой деятельностью российских агропромышленных предприятий в условиях мирового кризиса и действия экономических санкций.
