Нестабиль ность как внешних (обострение конкуренции на внутренних и мировых рынках, интернационализация экономической жизни и т.д.), так и внутренних (объемы производства, задолженности по зарплате, поиск надежных партнеров и поставщиков) факторов выдвинули дополнительные требования к сис теме управления предприятием, в которой появилось понятие бюджетирования, как процесса плани рования будущих операций предприятия и оформления его результатов в виде системы бюджетов.

anglais. The relevance of the chosen topic due to the fact that in recent years the concept of the budget went beyond the subject of the research activities of agricultural enterprises. The uncertainty of both the external (increased competition in domestic and world markets, the internationalization of economic life, etc.) and internal (production, wage arrears, search of reliable partners and suppliers) of factors put forward additional require ments to the enterprise management system, in which the notion of budgeting as a planning process of future operations of the company and registration of its results in the form of budgets.
