anglais. The article outlines the main directions for improving the management of an organization on the basis of a process trip. The problems of building business processes are identified and ways of their elimination are suggested. Conclusions are made on improving the efficiency of the functioning of agro-industrial complex organizations by creating the most effective management system, using a process approach that ensures the achievement of competitive advantages.

Выявлены проблемы построения бизнес-процессов и предложены пути их устранения. Сделаны выводы о повышении эффективности функционирования организаций агропромышленного комплекса посредством создания наиболее эффективной системы управления, с использованием процессного подхода, обеспечивающей достижение конкурентных преимуществ.
