Most research to improve the process breeding Morinda officinalis How. by in vitro culture methods. The results showed that, nutrient medium (MS + 30 g/l sucrose + 7 g/1 agar) supplemented 1.5 mg /1 BAP + 0.5 mg/1 kinetin + 0.2 mg/1 IB A has the average of 5.81 shoots per explant and the ratio of viable buds reached 92.11% with better and higher shoots, green-purple shoots after 35 days cultured. The elongated shoots were incubated in rooting medium (MS + 0.5 mg /1 IBA + 30 g/l sucrose + 7 g/1 agar) and cultured 14 days for rooting. The rate of rooting shoot was 100% and average of 4.0 roots per shoot, root length 2.83 cm, white roots, have many roots by side. Seedlings are fully trained in 9 days, then planted on land prices could be 50% land + 50% yellow sand for survival rate 94%, beyond the reach 12.1 mm height, 5.98 roots /plants, healthy plants, well-developed leaves after 6 weeks planting in nursery garden.
