To diversify existing soybean varieties contributing to an increase of soybean productivity, the combination of DT2008 x DT99 were carried out through hybridization method in spring 2009. 186 lines were isolated from the combination by pedigree method, and of which 13 F11 lines elite were selected. These lines had good tolerance to rust, downy mildew, powdery mildew and quite good lodging. 6 lines of those with growth duration of 70 - 86 days were F1/1, F160, F260, F287, F294 and F847; the remainders of those with growth duration of 86- 100 days were F33, F35, F40. F47, F49, F606 and F641. The line F1/1 had many advantages such as well growth, short stem (33.5 - 47.1 cm), quite many branches (2.5 - 4.6 branches), the yield of 19.5-25.3 quintals/ha higher than DT84's yield in spring and winter. The line F47 had longer growth duration than DT84's, however, well growth, a lot of branches, much higher yield (22.1 - 33.9 quintals/ha) than DT84's. The results showed that 13 F11 lines from the combination DT2008 x DT99 are good materials for soybean breeding for new varieties with high yield and good tolerance to difficult conditions.
