The experiment was conducted in Dong Hy district, Thai Nguyen province in 2010 and 2011. Experiment results showed that the treatment of organic - mineral fertilizer + medium and microelements adding: humic 3% (HCK + TVL+ H 3%) has brought die highest yield: increase 17.46%, respectively 2,243 kg/ha, the performance 10.96 - 13.87 kg of tea/kgNPK and increase income 12,201,400 VND/ha compared with the farmers' traditional fertilizing method. Reduced 30% amount of organic - mineral fertilizer + medium and micro-elements adding Humic 3% (HCK + TVL+ H 3%) tea yield has not decreased significantly compared with 100% fertilizer dose. Using of the organic - mineral fertilizer + medium and micro-elements adding humic 3% (HCK + TVL+ H 3%) has increased uptake of nitrogen (N) by 5.13%, of phosphorous (P2O5) by 9.16%, and of potassium (K2O) by 8.92% compared with using of the organic - mineral fertilizer + medium and microelements.
