The aim of the study was to study the effect of a Anisakis simplex L3 somatic extract on cell cultures of diverse microorganisms both in morphology and in resistance to environmental factors. The extract was prepared from the larvae of anisakids, removed from frozen Micromesistius poutassou, then the extract was checked for sterility and harmlessness, the protein content was determined, then the disks were soaked with somatic extract. For the study, daily cultures of bacteria were used: Micrococcus sp., Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Salmonella tiphimurium, and Bacillus subtilis. Microorganisms were cultured with discs impregnated with an antigenic extract of anisakids in a thermostat at + 37 deg C, after 12 hours, a growth retardation zone was detected in Micrococcus sp., E. coli and P. vulgaris. The extract had no effect on the growth of S. tiphimurium, B. subtilis. The pronounced sterility zoneformation indicates that the protein extract contains biological active components acting bacteriostatically on microorganisms. The mechanisms of bacteriostatic action of the somatic extract are discussed. The findings of the experiment confirm antagonist relations of protein products of larvae of Anisakis simplex L3 and microorganisms according thereby with the literature data. The different degree of activity of antigens of the somatic extracts from anisakids on microorganisms cultures has been revealed; the extract has the most influence on E. coli and Micrococcus sp. Cultures. The obtained results can be used to develop a model of bacterial cells as a test-objects for evaluating the antigenic activity of somatic, excretory-secretory extracts and metabolites of various helminthes.

Цель исследования - изучение влияния соматического экстракта Anisakis simplex L3 на культуры клеток разнообразных микроорганизмов, как по морфологическим признакам, так и по устойчивости к факторам внешней среды. Экстракт готовили из личинок анизакид, извлеченных из замороженной путассу (Micromesistius poutassou), проверяли на стерильность и безвредность, определяли содержание белка. Для исследования использовали суточные культуры бактерий: микрококки Micrococcus sp., палочки Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Salmonella tiphimurium и бациллы Bacillus subtilis. При культивировании микроорганизмов с дисками, пропитанными антигенным экстрактом анизакид, в термостате при +37 град С через 12 часов выявлена зона задержки роста у Micrococcus sp., E. coli и P. vulgaris. На рост бактерий палочек S. tiphimurium, бацилл B. subtilis экстракт влияния не оказывал. Формирование выраженной зоны стерильности свидетельствует о наличии в составе белкового экстракта биологически-активных компонентов, обладающих бактериостатическим действием. Обсуждаются механизмы бактериостатического действия соматического экстракта. Полученные в ходе эксперимента данные подтверждают антагонистические отношения белковых продуктов личинок Anisakis simplex L3 и микроорганизмов, что согласуется с литературными данными. Выявлена различная степень активности антигенов соматического экстракта из анизакид на культуры микроорганизмов; наибольшее влияние экстракт оказал на культуры палочек E. coli и микрококков Micrococcus sp. Полученные результаты можно использовать для разработки модели бактериальных клеток как тест-объектов для оценки антигенной активности соматических, экскреторно-секреторных экстрактов и метаболитов различных гельминтов.
