The analysis of methods of evaluation of the harvesters' technical level revealed a discrepancy in various criteria: comparative parameters, dimensionless series, the names of firms, the power of the engine, the harvester width, carrying capacity, location of a manufacturer plant, advertising brands. The purpose of research is to develop a new classification procedure for harvesters in view of the Russian historical experience and foreign practice. It has been found that the variety in the name of harvester models makes significantly difficult the assessment of their technical level, complicates the choice of necessary model by an agricultural producer, disturbs the continuity of generations of combines, makes it impossible to analyze trends in their development, does not disclose the technological essence of a particular model, makes it difficult to compare combines with each other. The figures in the name of a harvester model are not related operationally to the main parameters and performance capabilities. The close correlation relationship in the form of a linear equation between their design parameters and the capacity of combines has been revealed. Verification of this equation in the process of operation of a combine has shown that it statistically stable and the estimates are always within the confidence interval with an error of 5-8%. Among variety of factors that affect the performance of a harvester per 1 h of net time 4 parameters of the, have a most close correlation with it: the motor output and separation areas of concave, straw walkers and sieves for cleaning. On the basis of the revealed dependence we proposed a new procedure of assessment of the technical level of combines, which is based on the throughput (kg/s) of thrashed material and size series, indicating the nominal productivity of the combine in centners of grain thrashed in 1 h of basic time. The methodological background and mathematical apparatus, linking these indicators with the basic parameters of the combine were formed. The proposed procedure makes it possible to arrange all combines of the world in a certain hierarchical sequence in groups and compare them with each other by performance.

Анализ методов оценки технического уровня комбайнов (КБ) выявил расхождение по различным критериям: конструктивным параметрам, безразмерным сериям, названиям фирм, мощности двигателя, ширине захвата жатки, пропускной способности, по месту расположения завода-изготовителя, рекламным брендам. Цель исследований - разработать новую методику классификации КБ с учетом российского исторического опыта и зарубежной практики. Установлено, что разнообразие в наименовании моделей КБ значительно затрудняет оценку их технического уровня, усложняет выбор сельхозтоваропроизводителем нужной модели, мешает преемственности поколений КБ, делает невозможным анализ тенденций их развития, не раскрывает технологическую сущность той или иной модели, затрудняет сравнение КБ между собой. Цифры в названии модели КБ не связаны функционально с главными параметрами и производительными возможностями. Выявлена тесная корреляционная связь в виде линейного уравнения между конструктивными параметрами и пропускной способностью КБ. Проверка этого уравнения в процессе эксплуатации КБ показала, что оно статистически устойчиво и расчетные показатели всегда находятся в доверительном интервале с погрешностью 5-8%. Среди многообразия факторов, влияющих на производительность КБ в 1 ч чистого времени, наиболее тесно коррелируют с ней 4 параметра: мощность двигателя, площади сепарации подбарабанья, соломотряса и решет очистки. На основании выявленной зависимости предложили новую методику оценки технического уровня КБ, в основу которой положены пропускная способность (кг/с) обмолачиваемого материала и размерная серия, обозначающая номинальную производительность КБ в центнерах зерна, намолоченного за 1 ч основного времени. Сформировали методические предпосылки и математический аппарат, связывающий эти показатели с базовыми параметрами КБ. Предложенная методика позволяет расположить все КБ мира в определенной иерархии по группам и сравнить между собой по производительности.
