Influence of associative diazotrophs on the chlorophyll content in leaves of winter triticale under the conditions of Central Chernozem region | Влияние ассоциативных диазотрофов на содержание хлорофилла в листьях озимого тритикале в условиях Центрального черноземья

anglais. The influence of presowing inoculation of seeds of winter triticale on the content and composition of the chlorophyll in the leaves of plants was studied. The study was carried out in the Voronezhregion during 4 years (2012-2015) in the field experiment at two levels of mineral nutrition - without the use of mineral fertilizers and on the background of preplant application of nitrogen in the dose of N30. The soil of the experimental plot is ordinary medium-humus heavy loamy chernozem or segregational quasi-gleyish chernozem. The crop is winter triticale, variety Doktrina 110. The seeding rate is 5.0 mln of viable seeds/ha; the planting area of the plot is 7.0 m2, the record area is 5.0 m2; the drilling depth is 5-6 cm. the experiment was repeated 6 times; the distribution of variants is organized blocks with randomization within the block. It was established that the inoculation of seeds with active strains of diazotrophs increased the content of chlorophyll in the leaves of plants. The maximum chlorophyll content on average for the research years on the background of the fertilizer application was observed in strains 7, 8, and 30 and on the fertilized background under inoculation - strains 8 and 17-1. Presowing seed treatment with diazotrophic drugs played a positive role in enhancing the photosynthetic activities of plants and had a direct impact on productivity, but at the same time the phases of plant development were uneven. A significant difference in this indicator was marked depending on the prevailing hydrothermal conditions. Under optimum weather conditions there was found an average correlation of yield with total chlorophyll content in the leaves of winter triticale plants. The correlation coefficients were equal to 0.41-0.53. The current climate change on a global scale can primarily affect high temperatures sensitive cultures. But the photosynthetic relationship with yields may be broken as evidenced by the low correlation coefficients that were equal to 0.07 and 0.12. For combined sampling for 4 research years an average correlation r= 0.36 was shown.

russe. Изучено влияние предпосевной инокуляции семян озимого тритикале на содержание и состав хлорофилла в листьях растений. Исследования проводили в Воронежской области в течение 4 лет (2012–2015 гг.) в условиях полевого опыта на 2 уровнях минерального питания – без использования минеральных удобрений и на фоне предпосевного внесения азота в дозе N30. Почва опытного участка – чернозем обыкновенный среднегумусный тяжелосуглинистый или чернозем сегрегационный квазиглееватый. Культура – озимое тритикале, сорт Доктрина 110. Норма высева – 5,0 млн всхожих семян/га; посевная площадь делянки 7,0 м2, учетная – 5,0 м2; глубина заделки 5-6 см. Повторность опыта 6-кратная; расположение вариантов – организованные блоки с рендомизацией внутри блока. Установлено, что инокуляция семян активными штаммами диазотрофов повысила содержание хлорофиллов в листьях растений. Максимальное содержание хлорофилла в среднем за годы исследований на фоне без внесения удобрений отмечено при использовании штаммов 7, 8 и 30. На удобренном фоне при инокуляции штаммами 8 и 17-1. Предпосевная обработка семян диазотрофными препаратами сыграла положительную роль в активизации фотосинтетической деятельности растения и оказала прямое влияние на урожайность, но в то же время по фазам развития растений была неодинаковой. Существенное различие по этому показателю отмечено в зависимости от складывающихся гидротермических условий. При оптимальных погодных условиях установлена средняя корреляционная зависимость урожайности с суммарным содержанием хлорофилла в листьях растений озимого тритикале. Коэффициенты корреляции равнялись 0,41-0,53. Современные изменения климата в глобальном масштабе могут, прежде всего, сказываться на чувствительных к высоким температурам культурах. При этом фотосинтетическая связь с урожайности может быть нарушена, о чем свидетельствуют низкие коэффициенты корреляции – 0,07 – 0,12. Для объединенной выборки за 4 года исследований отмечена средняя корреляционная зависимость r= 0,36.
