This collection of case studies on South-South Cooperation (SSC) highlights specific SSC provider or recipient countries as their policies and practices of development cooperation evolve amid early 21st century realities. It is a part of the continuing work of the CSO Partnership for Development Effectiveness (CPDE) to contribute to an enhanced evidence-based policy engagement on SSC. Pursued through the CPDE Working Group on SSC, led by the Reality of Aid Network, this publication hopes to strengthen and inspire CSO country-level monitoring of SSC.
