Calidad del agua en la producción de organopónicos

Con el objetivo de evaluar la influencia de la calidad del agua en la producción de hortalizas en organopónicos del municipio Camagüey se realizó un estudio en el cual se evaluó la relación entre la calidad del agua de riego e indicadores productivos de los cultivos zanahoria (Daucus carota, L.) y lechuga (Lactuca sativa, L.) con diferentes características y diferencias respecto a su susceptibilidad a la salinidad, para determinar la influencia de la calidad del agua en su crecimiento y rendimiento. Para el monitoreo se efectuó un análisis integral de los indicadores de las propiedades químicas de la calidad de las aguas vinculados a los posibles efectos en ambos cultivos¸ a estos se les evaluó el porcentaje de germinación, crecimiento, largo y calibre de la raíz (zanahoria) y rendimiento. Se comprobó el efecto de la calidad del agua de riego sobre los parámetros evaluados en los cultivos seleccionados y se obtuvo que los indicadores del agua con mayor incidencia fueron: la conductividad eléctrica (CE), la acidez (pH), las sales solubles totales (SST) y la relación de absorción de sodio (RAS).

With the objective of evaluating the influence of the quality of the water in the production of vegetables in organoponics of the municipality Camagüey, it was carried out a study in which was evaluated the relationship between the quality of the irrigation water and productive indicators of the crops carrot (Daucus carota L.) and lettuce (Lactuca sativa, L.) with different characteristic and differences regarding their susceptibility to the salinity, to determine the influence of the quality of the water in the growth and yield. For the pursuit was made an integral analysis of the indicators of the chemical properties of the quality of the waters linked to the possible effects in both cultivations, to these there were evaluated the germination percentage, growth, long and gauge of the root (carrot) and yield. It was proven the effect of the quality of the water on the parameters evaluated in the selected cultivations and it was obtained that the indicators of the water with more incidence were: the electric conductivity (CE), the acidity (pH), the total soluble salts (SST) and the relationship of absorption of sodium (RAS).
