A structural equation modeling was used by the AMOS version 21.0 The result of this study is as follows: first, the goodness-of-fit of hypothetical structural model of causal relationships among career preparation behavior, career uncertainty, career decision-making self-efficacy, self-concept clarity and career insight of university students was satisfactory which confirmed the structural relationships of the variables. Second, career insight and career decision-making self-efficacy has indirect significant effect on the relationship of career uncertainty and career preparation behavior. The career uncertainty has indirect significant effect between self-concept clarity and career insight, career decision-making self-efficacy. This study suggests that the future of the fourth industrial revolution will change rapidly and it will be difficult to predict, so students' career uncertainty will increase. However, if a self-understanding stage that establishes their own conceptual definition of self is preceded, career uncertainty will be reduced. In addition, even if you are anxious about the uncertain future of career, if you have the insight that you can see the course right away and the efficacy that you can do, you will be able to carry out the final stage of career preparation act successfully. Based on the results of this study, we discussed the ways to improve the relationship between career preparation behavior and career uncertainty of university students.
