To the question of justification of optimal parameters for work of mobile grain dryers | К вопросу обоснования оптимальных параметров работы мобильной зерносушилки

anglais. The design of a mobile grain dryer with spiral-screw working bodies is justified. The moisture content of buckwheat seeds before and after drying was measured, the temperature of heating the seeds, the temperature of the heating surface and the germination of the seeds of buckwheat after drying were monitored during production studies. The system of equations for the case of unsteady heat conduction in an unbounded plate (grain layer) exchanging heat according to the law of heat conduction with the surface of the casing and glass is composed. The distribution of temperature fields and air velocity in the device in the process of drying the grain at different temperatures of the heating surface were obtained. Summary graphic dependences of grain moisture on drying time and summary graphic dependences of drying rate on drying time were built on the basis of the conducted experiments and it was determined that to achieve optimal values of energy consumption for grain drying in the proposed device it is possible with a drying time not exceeding 20 minutes. The following optimal modes of grain drying are recommended: with an initial grain moisture content of up to 19%, the temperature of the heating surface should be no higher than 90 deg C and the drying time should not exceed 17 minutes; when the initial humidity is above 19%, the temperature of the heating surface should be no higher than 80 deg. C and the drying time should not exceed 8 min; when the initial humidity is above 24%, the temperature of the heating surface should be no higher than 60 deg. russe. Обоснована конструкция мобильной зерносушилки со спирально-винтовыми рабочим органами. При производственных исследованиях измеряли влажность семян гречихи до и после сушки, контролировали температуру нагрева семян, температуру греющей поверхности и всхожесть семян гречихи после сушки. Составлена система уравнений для случая нестационарной теплопроводности в неограниченной пластине (слоя зерна), обменивающегося теплотой по закону теплопроводности с поверхностью кожуха и стакана. Были получены распределения температурных полей и скорости движения воздуха в устройстве в процессе сушки зерна при различных температурах греющей поверхности. На основании проведённых экспериментов были построены сводные графические зависимости влажности зерна от времени сушки и сводные графические зависимости скорости сушки от времени сушки, и определено, что для достижения оптимальных значений энергозатрат на сушку зерна в предлагаемом устройстве возможно при продолжительности сушки, не превышающей 20 мин. Рекомендованы следующие оптимальные режимы сушки: при начальной влажности зерна до 19% - температура греющей поверхности должна быть не выше 90 град. С и время сушки не более 17 мин; при начальной влажности выше 19% температура греющей поверхности должна быть не выше 80 град. С и время сушки не более 8 мин; при начальной влажности выше 24% температура греющей поверхности должна быть не выше 60 град. С и время сушки не более 8 мин.
