Male parent forms influence on the harvesting moisture of grain of single-cross corn hybrids | Влияние отцовских форм на уборочную влажность зерна у простых гибридов кукурузы

anglais. The creation of corn hybrids with a rapid moisture return of grain in the stage of maturity is an urgent problem in Russia. In many regions of the country (Middle Volga, Central, Ural, Siberian and other regions) corn hybrids are harvested by harvesters at high grain humidity – above 30%. Post-harvest processing of corn grain towards standard moisture content of 14% requires significant energy consumption. According to literature studies, it is known that rapid moisture return of grain in the stage of maturity is inherited in the offspring and is controlled by genes with an additive character of interaction, there is also a nonadditive effect of genes. In the process of breeding carried out in 2015–2017, simple interline hybrids were obtained by crossing of three sterile female parent forms with low moisture content at harvesting and nine male parent forms, which are pollinators with even lower harvesting moisture. By interstrain crossing 27 simple hybrids were obtained. As a result of crossing combinations, three was defined the degree of heritability of such character of grain as "moisture content at harvesting" depending on certain male parent form involved in the process of crossing. Moisture content of grain of male parent forms was an influencing factor, whereas moisture content of grain of the obtained hybrids was a resultant factor. Based on the correlation data analysis the dependence between the studied factors was established. Considering high variability of humidity changes, the values of correlation relations are significant (0.6687–0.7106). This brings us to the conclusion that correlation is appreciable and high. In the analysis, the rate of the influence of 'moisture content at harvesting' of male parent forms on the humidity of simple interline hybrids in the total number of factors that have an influence on the moisture content at harvesting of grain of hybrids was of 50.50%, 46,70% and of 44.71%. The use of male parent forms with low moisture content in the process of obtaining new hybrids is a significant reserve in selective breeding.

russe. Создание гибридов кукурузы с быстрой отдачей влаги зерном при созревании является актуальной проблемой в РФ. Во многих регионах страны (Среднее Поволжье, Центральный, Уральский, Сибирский и др.) уборка гибридов кукурузы на зерно комбайнами ведется при высокой влажности – выше 30%. Послеуборочная доработка зерна кукурузы до стандартной 14% влажности требует значительных энергозатрат. Из литературных источников известно, что быстрая отдача влаги зерном во время созревания наследуется в потомствах и контролируется генами с аддитивным характером взаимодействия, имеет место также и неаддитивное действие генов. В процессе селекционной работы, проведенной в 2015–2017 гг., были получены простые межлинейные гибриды путем скрещивания трех стерильных материнских форм с низкой уборочной влажностью и девятью отцовскими формами, являющимися опылителями с еще более низкой уборочной влажностью. Путем межлинейных скрещиваний было получено 27 простых гибридов. В результате комбинаций скрещиваний установлена степень наследуемости признака "уборочная влажность" зерна в зависимости от использования той или иной отцовской формы. Влажность зерна отцовских форм являлась влияющим фактором, влажность зерна полученных гибридов – результативным фактором. На основе корреляционного анализа установлена зависимость между изучаемыми факторами. С учетом высокой вариативности изменчивости влажности полученные величины корреляционных отношений существенны (0,6687–0,7106), это позволило характеризовать связь как заметную и высокую. В анализе доля влияния уборочной влажности отцовских форм на влажность простых межлинейных гибридов в общем числе факторов, влияющих на уборочную влажность зерна гибридов, составила 50,50%, 46,70 и 44,71%. Использование отцовских форм с более низкой уборочной влажностью для получения новых гибридов является существенным резервом в селекции на более низкую уборочную влажность зерна.
