In 2017 and 2018 there was studied the effect of the preparations of rhizosphere nitrogen-fixing bacteria – Rizoagrin, Mobilin and 2P-5; and in 2018, also the effect of the fungal preparation Mycorrhiza in pure form and in binary combinations with the preparations of nitrogen-fixing bacteria on the yield of potato varieties Gala and Rosara of German selection. The studies were conducted on leached chernozem. The inoculation of potato seeds with root diazotrophs and mycorrhizal bio-preparations increased the yield of the varieties on both years of research by 15.33-108.4%. The maximum increase was obtained by the inoculation with Mobilin. Against the background of Mycorrhiza, the efficiency of inoculation increased as compared to pure mono-preparations of associative bacteria. The maximum yield of 35.49 t ha was obtained from the Gala variety with the use of a binary mixture of 2P-5 and Mycorrhiza, and from the Rosara variety (34.78 t ha) with the mixture of Мycorrhiza with Мobilin. Inoculation also improved the quality of potato tubers. In both varieties, the content of dry matter, starch and vitamin C increased as compared to that of the control.

В 2017-2018 гг. изучали влияние препаратов ризосферных азотфиксирующих бактерий – Ризоагрин, Мобилин и 2П-5, а в 2018 г. – и грибного препарата "Микориза" в чистом виде и в бинарных сочетаниях с препаратами азотфиксирующих бактерий на урожайность сортов картофеля Гала и Розара германской селекции. Исследования проведены на черноземе выщелоченном. Инокуляция семян картофеля биопрепаратами корневых диазотрофов и микоризы способствовала увеличению урожайности сортов в оба года исследований на 15,33-108,4%. Максимальная прибавка получена от инокуляции Мобилином. На фоне Микоризы эффективность инокуляции повышалась по сравнению с чистым и монопрепаратами ассоциативных бактерий. Максимальная урожайность 35,49 т/га получена у сорта Гала на бинарной смеси препарата 2П-5 и Микоризы, а у сорта Розара – 34,78 т/га на смеси Микоризы с Мобилином. Инокуляция способствовала также улучшению качества клубней картофеля. У обоих сортов содержание сухого вещества, крахмала и витамина С увеличивалось по сравнению с контролем.
