Целью исследования было определение иммунной реактивности организма цыплят-бройлеров, иммунизированных против болезней Марека и Гамборо вакциной «ВАКСИТЕК HVT+IBD» (Mereial, Франция) и вакцинами «THV» – против болезни Марека (БМ) + «228E» – против болезни Гамборо (БГ) (Intervet, Нидерланды). Исследования проводились в 4 этапа. На 1-ом этапе была проведена вакцинация 10 цыплят-бройлеров 1-й опытной группы против БМ и БГ рекомбинантной вирусвакциной «ВАКСИТЕК HVT+IBD», 10 цыплят 2-й опытной группы – вакцинами «THV» + «228E». На втором этапе была проведена вакцинация 29325 голов опытной группы цыплят-бройлеров породы «Кобб 500» против БМ и БГ вакциной «ВАКСИТЕК HVT+IBD» и 29070 голов контрольной группы – вакцинами «THV» + «228E». На третьем этапе был изучен иммуногенез у вакцинированных цыплят-бройлеров опытных и контрольных групп. На четвертом этапе был проведен расчет экономической эффективности применения вакцины «ВАКСИТЕК HVT+IBD». Проведенные исследования показали, что средняя живая масса вакцинированных цыплят опытных групп на 21-й и 40-й день после вакцинации была незначительно выше по сравнению с контрольной группой. Отмечено, что у вакцинированных птиц возросло количество лейкоцитов,T-лимфоцитов и уменьшилось содержание сегментоядерных псевдоэозинофилов. При этом у вакцинированных цыплят 1-й опытной группы возросло количество В-лимфоцитов, эозинофилов и плазмоцитов. Установлено, что у цыплят контрольной группы процент фагоцитоза был ниже по сравнению с вакцинированными птицами на 12,2 и 19,8 и существенно не изменялись фагоцитарный индекс и фагоцитарное число. Отмечено, что на 21-й день исследования у цыплят опытной группы масса тимуса была ниже нормы, а в селезенке возрастало количество лимфобластов, проплазмоцитов и плазмоцитов. Зафиксировано, что в опытной группе сохранность поголовья цыплят составила 97,7%, а в контрольной группе – 97,4%. У цыплят опытной группы обнаружен напряженный поствакцинальный иммунитет.

The aim of the study was to determine the immune reactivity of an organism of broiler chickens immunized against Marek's and Gamboro's diseases with the vaccine “VAXITEK HVT + IBD” (Mereial, France) and the vaccines “THV” against Marek's disease (MD) + "228E" against Gumboro's disease ( GD) (Intervet, the Netherlands). There were 4 stages of studies. At the 1st stage 10 broiler chickens of the 1st experimental group were vaccinated against MD and GD with the recombinant virus vaccine “VAXITEK HVT + IBD”, 10 chickens of the 2nd experimental group were vaccinated with vaccines “THV” + “228E”. At the second stage 29325 Cobb 500 broiler chicks of the experimental group were vaccinated against MD and GD with the vaccine “VAXITEK HVT + IBD” and 29070 chicks of the control group with the vaccines “THV”+ “228E”. At the third stage immunogenesis in vaccinated broiler chickens of the experimental and control groups was studied. At the fourth stage the economic efficiency of the vaccine “WAXITEK HVT + IBD” was calculated. Studies have shown that after 21st and 40th day after vaccination the average live weight of vaccinated chickens of the experimental groups was slightly higher compared with the control group. It was noted that the number of leukocytes, T-lymphocytes increased in vaccinated birds and the content of segmented pseudo-eosinophils decreased. At the same time the number of B-lymphocytes, eosinophils and plasmacytes increased in vaccinated chickens of the 1st experimental group. It was established that chickens of the control group had lower percentage of phagocytosis by 12.2 and 19.8 than the vaccinated chickens and the phagocytic index and phagocytic number did not change significantly. It was noted that on the 21st day of the study, the thymus mass of the chickens of the experimental group was below the norm, while the number of lymphoblasts, protoplasmocytes and plasma cells in the spleen increased. It was recorded that 97.7% of chicks of the experimental group and 97.4% of chicks of the control group survived.
