The article deals with the polymorphism of the protein aS1-CN milk estonian red and black-motley cows of Moldovan type. The highest frequency 0,9354 and 0,8548 for type aS1-CNÂ was established. The interrelation of a locus in both populations of cows with such productive qualities as: amount of the obtained milk, the content of fat in milk and an outlet of the dairy fat is found. Genotype BC at black and motley cows a genotype BB has advantage in the population of red Estonian breed.
