Based on field research in the Indian and Atlantic Oceans, and adjacent seas and analysis of published data, provided information about the most common hazardous to human inhabitants of the seas and oceans: toxic algae (Algae), coelenterates (Colenterata), worms — polychaetes (Polychaeta), shellfish (Mollusca), echinoderms (Echinodermata), reptiles (Reptilia), fish (Pisces) and marine mammals (Mammalia) . Text provided with the information about toxins production and their effect on the human body . Basic data provided on the biology of these organisms, lifestyle, behavior, and occurrence in marine ecosystems as well as measures to prevent dangers and ways to provide first aid . Hazardous biological nature emphasizes the need for strict rules conduct observance while in the new environmental conditions, particularly in the tropics . Carelessness can cause harm not only to yourself but also to others . Despite the fact that many poisonous inhabitants of the sea are dangerous to humans, they need protection and conservation . Today, there is a catastrophic reduction in the number of animal species living in the oceans . Firstly, reduction connected with the irrational destruction of non-target fish and marine pollution . Reduction of any animal or plant population, or its disappearance, leads to irreversible structural changes of biocoenosis and undesirable consequences to humans . Integrated use of poisonous marine organisms and toxins produced by them is an important reserve of accelerating scientific and technological progress, and the preservation of large predators will stabilize the ecological balance in nature
